The Swan's Masquerade

This is a picture of my character currently known only as Marcia. Here she is in her masquerade costume, attending a ball.

There is more to her than meets the eye; she masquerades not only as a swan, but also as a princess. However, she has come to loathe her life of lies and wishes she could break out of the shell of deception trapping her within the country mansion where she spends her days learning how to behave like a perfect noble lady.

The only real joys she gets out her life are her education, and above all, dancing. She feels that while she dances, that is the only time her true self can be expressed without fear of anyone suspecting that she may not truly be royalty.
